MOQ depends on project details
Our owned Dongguan plush manufacturing facility supports mid- and large-volume custom plush production. For selected custom plush projects, MOQ may start from 500 pcs.
Three-stage QC, AQL 2.5 final
Material inspection, in-line checks, final AQL 2.5 inspection where required, and pre-shipment checks. Specific safety testing can be arranged according to target market and order requirements.

Your quote includes the sample path, material assumptions, MOQ guidance, production timing, QC scope, packing, and shipping options where relevant.
Stage 01
Sample
Sample fee: usually USD 150–200 per design, depending on design complexity. Sample time: usually 7–14 days after artwork and details are confirmed. Sample fee refundable for confirmed bulk orders of 3,000 pcs or more.
Stage 02
Small batch
MOQ depends on product type, design complexity, and production method. For selected custom plush projects, MOQ may start from 500 pcs. Bulk production usually takes 25–45 days after sample approval and deposit.
Stage 03
Bulk production
Factory-direct quotation for larger production runs, based on design, material, size, quantity, and packaging. Full QC, export documentation, and freight forwarder coordination.

What is your MOQ for custom plush toys?

How long does a custom plush sample take?
Paid samples usually take 7–14 days after artwork and details are confirmed. We refine shape, fabric, embroidery, labels, and packing before bulk production.
Can you make plush from a sketch or photo?
Yes. A sketch, reference photo, mascot file, character sheet, or 3D file is enough to start. Our pattern team builds the sample path from your brief.
Can you arrange EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, or REACH testing?
Testing can be arranged according to the target market and order requirements. Tell us where the plush will be sold so testing and documentation can be quoted correctly.
Do you sign NDAs to protect my character design?
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs on request before you share protected artwork. Your IP stays your IP — we manufacture, you own.
How do you handle quality control?
QC includes material inspection, in-line checks during production, final AQL 2.5 inspection where required, and pre-shipment checks. Specific safety testing requirements can be arranged according to the order, target market, and buyer requirements.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are 30% deposit on PO, 70% balance against B/L copy. We accept T/T wire transfer and L/C for qualifying orders.
