Choose Your Character
Start with a base character — bear, bunny, unicorn, custom mascot — or bring your own artwork. We accept sketches, vector files, or even a napkin drawing.
Select Size & Fill
Oversized toys range from 60 cm to 200 cm. Choose between ultra-soft PP cotton fill, weighted beads for a premium feel, or our signature dual-density stuffing.
Pick Fabrics & Colors
Over 80 fabric options including minky, sherpa, velboa, and recycled-fiber plush. Color-match to Pantone or brand guidelines with our in-house dye lab.
Add Custom Details
Embroidered logos, printed tags, scent infusion, sound modules, LED eyes, custom clothing, and branded packaging are all available as add-ons.
Approve & Produce
Receive a physical sample before full production. Approve it, request revisions, or sign off — your call. We never proceed without your green light.

Every oversized toy begins with precision-drafted patterns scaled to maintain proportional cuteness at large sizes. Our pattern engineers have mastered the art of scaling — what looks adorable at 30 cm must look equally charming at 150 cm.
Fabric Grading
We source plush fabrics exclusively from certified mills that meet OEKO-TEX Standard 100. Each bolt is inspected for pile height consistency, color fastness, and tensile strength before cutting.
Hand-Finishing
Faces are the soul of every plush toy. Our artisans hand-embroider eyes, noses, and expressions using industrial embroidery machines calibrated to 0.1 mm precision — then hand-finish each one for personality.
Structural Integrity
Oversized toys endure more stress than standard plush. We reinforce all major seams with double-lock stitching and use high-density fill in weight-bearing areas to prevent sagging over time.
