Anything works — hand-drawn sketches (phone photo is fine), digital art (PNG / JPG / PDF), 3D renders (.obj, .fbx, .stl), even a screenshot from your own Pinterest board. Our pattern designers build from anything visual.
Our standard bulk MOQ is 500 units per design. For prototypes and samples there's no MOQ. For very small orders (under 500), see our "Order a Sample" page — pricing is different.
Yes, standard mutual NDAs are fine — send us yours or we can send a template. We also restrict reference material sharing to the PM and the direct pattern team.
We manufacture to your specs. Licensing and IP ownership are the client's responsibility. If your plush is based on a licensed character, please send the licensing paperwork before bulk production. FAMA-related documentation can be reviewed when required by the licensor or buyer.
Standard: 30% deposit on bulk order confirmation, 70% balance before dispatch. Prototype fees are paid upfront. Bank transfer (T/T) or PayPal for smaller amounts.
