We quote in Incoterms 2020. Your invoice states the Incoterm applied to the order:
You pick up from our Dongguan factory. You handle all freight, customs, and risk from our door.
We deliver to a Chinese export port (Shenzhen/Guangzhou). Risk passes once loaded onto vessel/aircraft.
We arrange shipping to your destination port and include marine insurance. You handle customs clearance.
We door-deliver with customs cleared and duties paid. Zero admin for you — most popular for first-time importers.
Three main modes based on order size and urgency:
Export customs (China side) — we handle. Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and applicable safety test reports provided.
Import customs (destination side) — depends on Incoterm:
Cargo insurance is included in CIF and DDP quotes (All-Risk coverage, 110% of invoice value). For EXW/FOB orders, we can add insurance on request, typically 0.3–0.6% of cargo value.
Once goods are dispatched, transit delays are governed by the carrier's terms. We'll support any claim process but are not liable for carrier-side events.
For damage visible on delivery: note the damage on the carrier's proof-of-delivery document and notify us within 48 hours with photos. We help file the insurance claim.
We regularly ship directly to Amazon FBA centers, ShipBob, Flexport, and other 3PL addresses. Requirements:
