Standard sample sizes (15–25 cm) are included in the $150–$200 base. Custom sizes or oversize plush (50 cm+) carry a small upcharge — your PM confirms before we start.
Yes — additional sample sizes/variants are $80 each on top of the base fee. Useful for A/B testing proportions before bulk commitment.
Standard 14-day turnaround from payment to shipped. Complex designs (intricate accessories, multiple materials) can add 3–5 days — PM confirms upfront.
Anything visual — phone photo of a sketch, PNG/JPG/PDF digital art, 3D renders, or even screenshots. Lower quality is fine; we work with what you have.
Yes — single-unit orders (kids’ drawing plush, pet memorial, personal gift) are welcome. Pricing is the same $150–$200 starting range with potential add-ons for complexity.
Use your 3 revision rounds — that’s what they’re for. If after 3 rounds we still haven’t landed it, we usually give you a 4th round on us rather than leave a customer unsatisfied.
