How to get a quote, how long it takes, and what we need from you.

How do I get a quote?

Send us your brief via the Request a Quote form, email ([email protected]), or WhatsApp. Include reference art, target size, quantity, and deadline. We reply within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).

What files can I send as reference?

Anything visual — sketch (phone photo fine), digital art (PNG/JPG/PDF), 3D renders (.obj/.fbx/.stl), or even screenshots. Our pattern designers work with anything.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Send yours, or we can send a template mutual NDA. Reference materials are restricted to the PM and direct pattern team.

How long does it take to get a quote back?

24 hours on weekdays for standard briefs. Complex multi-SKU quotes can take up to 48 hours.

Do you charge for quotes?

No — quotes and feasibility reviews are always free.

Pricing & Payment

What's the minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on product type, design complexity, and production method. For selected custom plush projects, MOQ may start from 500 pcs. Samples are paid and reviewed per design.

How much does custom plush cost per unit?

Factory-direct pricing depends on design, material, size, quantity, and packaging. See the Pricing page for how quotes are calculated.

What are your payment terms?

Samples: 100% upfront. Bulk: 30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance before dispatch. T/T bank transfer standard; PayPal/Stripe available under $5K.

What currencies do you accept?

USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, JPY.

Are quotes negotiable?

Not the quote — we cost at actuals. But scope is: swap materials, simplify packaging, or pick sea freight to reduce the total. Your PM walks through trade-offs.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Quantity can affect the factory-direct quotation. Final pricing is reviewed by design, materials, size, quantity, and packaging.

Prototype & Samples

Everything about sample production and revisions.

How much is a prototype?

USD 150–200 per design, depending on complexity. Shipping is quoted separately at actual cost.

How many revisions are included?

Up to 3 sample rounds may be arranged depending on design complexity and project needs.

How long does a prototype take?

Sample time is usually 7–14 days after artwork and details are confirmed. Complex designs can require more time.

Is the prototype fee credited if I order bulk?

Sample fee is refundable for confirmed bulk orders of 3,000 pcs or more.

Can I order multiple prototype sizes?

Yes — base $150–$200 for the first, then +$80 for each additional size/variant.

Production & Timeline

How long is bulk production?

25–45 days usually after sample approval and deposit, depending on quantity, materials, production method, and current capacity.

What's your peak production capacity?

Approx. 300,000 plush units per month, depending on product type and current capacity.

Do you outsource any production?

Core production is handled through our owned Dongguan plush manufacturing facility. Capacity and schedule are reviewed before production starts.

How do I track production progress?

Your Dedicated PM sends milestone updates at 5 points: sample approval, material intake, mid-production photo update, final QC, dispatch. You can request extra photos anytime.

What if you hit a delay?

We flag delay risks early and confirm timelines by project scope, quantity, material requirements, and current capacity.

Safety & Compliance

Certifications, testing, and compliance paperwork.

What safety certifications do you have?

BSCI, ISO 9001, FAMA, OEKO-TEX-sourced fabrics, and AQL 2.5 may be referenced where applicable. Product testing such as EN71 / ASTM / CPSIA / REACH can be arranged according to target market and order requirements.

Can FAMA-related documentation be reviewed?

FAMA may be handled as a facility/compliance capability reference when required by licensed orders and buyer requirements.

What test report comes with my order?

Specific safety testing requirements can be arranged according to the order, target market, and buyer requirements.

Which lab issues the test report?

SGS, Intertek, or TÜV Rheinland — you pick. All three are globally accepted.

Do you handle CPSIA tracking labels?

Tracking label requirements can be reviewed according to the target market and buyer requirements.

Shipping & Logistics

Freight options, customs, and incoterms.

Where do you ship to?

Worldwide. Primary markets: USA, Canada, UK, EU, Japan, Australia, Middle East. We've shipped to 40+ countries.

What Incoterms do you offer?

EXW (you arrange freight), FOB (we to port), CIF (we to destination port), and DDP (we door-deliver duty paid). DDP is most popular for first-time US importers.

Air freight or sea freight?

Air freight is faster and higher cost. Sea freight is slower and lower cost per unit. Shipping method is reviewed by order size, destination, and deadline.

Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA?

Yes — FBA-ready packing (polybag + FNSKU) is a standard service. Send us your FBA shipment plan.

Do you handle customs clearance?

At origin, yes (China export). At destination, depends on Incoterm — under DDP we coordinate with a destination broker; under FOB/CIF the client's broker handles.

IP & Licensing

Intellectual property, licensed characters, and copyright.

Do you manufacture licensed characters?

Licensed character production requires buyer-provided authorization before bulk production. FAMA-related documentation can be reviewed where required by the licensor or buyer.

Will you knock off a plush from Amazon / aliexpress?

No. If you can't demonstrate rights to the design, we pass. This protects you (from takedown) and us (from licensor blacklist).

Who owns the pattern we develop together?

You do. The 3D pattern generated from your reference is your IP. We retain the right to keep it archived for reorders.

Do you manufacture for direct competitors?

We don't share designs across clients. We'll happily manufacture two different-looking anime plush for two different studios; we won't replicate one client's design for another.

Where is your factory?

Our owned Dongguan plush manufacturing facility is in Chashan Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, China.

Can I visit the factory?

Yes — we coordinate airport pickup from Guangzhou or Shenzhen. Video-call tours welcome for remote stakeholders.

What languages does the PM team speak?

English, Mandarin, Japanese. Other European languages on request (often via a bilingual team lead).

What are your working hours?

Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 CST (UTC+8). WhatsApp responses typically within the same working day.

Do you make non-plush products?

Our specialty is plush, stuffed animals, and soft fabric toys. For hard-good products (figurines, resin, plastic), we'll refer you to partner factories we trust.

Can you review special material requirements?

Yes. Fabric, filling, recycled-material, or other material requirements can be reviewed according to buyer requirements and available supplier documentation.
